I got ripped off for $150. A diagnostic fee to tell me the part is not available and they cannot fix it. Quite a little scam they got going on.

Would never hire them again. They over charge for labor. $300 labor for a 10 minute job and parts was $85. In total $413 for a job that should have been $250 the max

Had a repair done in October. Technician ordered a part that ended up not being needed for the repair. The part was returned and I was supposed to be refunded for the amount it cost. Still waiting to receive the refund. I called and emailed them and response I got back almost 4 weeks later said "Sorry for the delayed response. Currently, your refund is still pending". Horrible service.
