Technician was excellent but Sears repair took 3 months to fix my stove. Same thing with my dishwasher repair. Took 2 months to be repaired. Seems like they drag out the repairs while receiving $65 a month for the warranty. Trying to get a live rep on the phone is a joke. When you do get a rep, you end up calling at least 4 different numbers to get a person that can assist you.
