The repair guy, David, was great. My only complaint is that when I made the appointment I was offered 10% off, but I wasn't able to access the coupon for that so I didn't get the discount.

The technician was wonderful. Got the job done in less than 45 minutes however, The automated assistant stated they would be here between 8 AM and noon. The tech didn’t show up until 4:45 PM. Both technicians the one that did the diagnostic and the one that did the repair were great very knowledgeable very honest and very helpful. The scheduling issues occurred both during the diagnostic appointment and the repair appointment, outside of that, Both Tech’s were great did a great job and the experience was overall was satisfactory.

Dave called me first thing in the morning and gave me an arrival estimate between 11 AM and 1 PM. The actual time of arrival was close to 5:30 PM. Dave was quite professional. He inspected my refrigerator to see what the problem was and very quickly identified what needed to be replaced. Fortunately, he had the part available and the repair took about an hour. His work was very thorough and he got my refrigerator back up and running. For a replacement of one part labor and taxes, the total came to $576 ($123 for the part, the rest labor and taxes), nearly the cost of a new refrigerator . Given the emergency of my situation I opted to agree to the service. Although I was happy with the service, the cost was more than what I anticipated so I probably will not go with Sears appliance service again in the future.

The technician was very professional and patient. He helped cleaned up the fridge! My only feedback was the responsiveness of Sears Appliance Repair hotline. You can never get an agent on that phone. It’s always automated machine. I wish there’s a way to choose your appointment TIME.

Totally overpriced ..$300 labor for 5 minute replacement of a $40 fuse. As a former field engineer I should have done it myself . The repair person was good so no problem there but I will not be calling you again

He was very late, over 2hrs. He did repair the machine pretty quickly and is running well. Also it was very costly paid over 500 for parts and labor!!
