Need experienced person for Frigidaire air conditioner. He could not repair. Only able to check it. I already checked with your phone tech. Kindly send air conditioner repair person only. Still blowing tepid air. Tek did the same diagnosis I did. He looked at filter. Moved directional back and forth. Then said he would be back in 5 minutes. Came back and confessed he didn’t know about air conditioners. He said will send an air conditioner specialist to change some parts. Because he didn’t know enough. He then asked me to sign verifying that he was here. it has been 4 days and I have not heard from Sears yet. I have a heart condition and a new born coming in a few days. Sears if you’re reading this! SHAME ON YOU! Do the right thing and send an air conditioner repair person asap. Thank you. Ps. Your diagnostic person that came did nothing that I had already done. This Frigidaire air conditioner is less then a year old and. Only. Blowing air. Not cold air. Just like warm air. HELP

The customer service Sears gave me was the worst I have ever had. It was like dealing with dumber and dumber. My washer was out of commission since February. The first tech didn't order all the parts and then the Sears system wasn't working so the one part that was never order took 2 times. Then the part was addressed to the wrong address and customer service never got back to me so I had to pay for the part twice. The part only cost about $9.50 but the shipping was over $8. Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted their insurance program. I pay more for the program then I do for paying for the repairs out right. It is not worth the money. Thank God I won't need to call for repairs for at least 3 to 4 years. They need to be retrained plus customer service people are overseas. Terrible.

Let me start by explaining that I currently have a warranty that covers for any appliance. Once we request a claim for a repair the companies will pick the job. Sears pick the job for my repair. They came to my house 4 times and neither of the guys show knowledge of what need to be done. The first guy came smelling like weed and asking us for our wifi password. (Absolutely not) Left my house smelling horrible. This last sears technician had came to my house prior, took the parts that the last technician had order. Telling me it was my filter, my husband replace the filter the issue continue. This technician came one more time introduce himself as Sears, no identification. My husband started to question him about what was he doing. The technician was bother by been question and started to be rude and unprofessional with his voice and response. The technician proceeded to tell my husband if he didn't want him to fix the issue. The moment my husband told him I'm not refusing the service. My husband made him aware that we have cameras inside the house and to not lie on him. He continued to asked the purpose of his visit he stated that he was doing diagnosed. Not sure the reason to diagnosed something that has been looked at multiple time especially by him on a prior visit. This issue has been since November 2023 and even thought our schedule is a bit tight we always try to have them come out and look at the issue and still can't fix the problem. They even lie on one of the appointments that they had come and canceled at arrival. That was a lie. I informed my warranty company that I have cameras and a ring doorbell. STAY AWAY FROM SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIRS. Save yourself the aggregation.

The worse service ever for New Jersey/ they have a call center that will not service you. They will not call with updates because there service people do not show up/do not use this company. Tried for a week they never showed up . They lied and said they came they did not I never left the my home

Poor customer service. Even worse "recommended service providers". Unreliable business. Wouldn't work with Sears again. Long version below if anyone cares to read it: Called Sears to have them repair my refrigerator. Given my request was urgent and time sensitive, they "routed" me to a recommended third party. My experience working with the third party was awful - i called and scheduled an appointment with them between 8:00am and 4:00pm on a Monday only to have no one show up. I called the third-party service provider to inquire if anyone intended on coming to fix the refrigerator and they stated i had never made an appointment! I called Sears to make an appointment with a Sears technician as oppose to a third-party, not only did they want to charge me $120 for consultation fee (15% the price of a new fridge), the earliest they could come was 7 days from now. I didn't care for the prices they were charging - it was the lack of professionalism and poor organizational skills that makes me write this review. I won't work Sears again.

After waiting six weeks due to receiving ordered parts that arrived broken, the Sears Rep finally showed up today. Our excitement was short-lived, as the service rep explained our washer is unfixable. Before he arrived our washer was working poorly, but it was working. Now, it does not. Please see the pictures; the service rep left our washer in pieces. He did not have the common sense to return it to us; in the same manner, he found it. I have to wait 48 hours to receive a refund for parts; they will keep the original $109 for the diagnose, and completely broke my washer. To make matters worse, it is impossible to connect with a real person, as you only have the option to speak with the automated service. I don't recommend anyone use Sears, save yourself the aggravation.
