Service was prompt and courteous. Diagnosis was accurate. My Kenmore Elite dryer door switch was broken and so dryer wouldn’t start. Sears ordered the parts, fixed it and my dryer is working. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the appt track the arrival of the technician. Sears home warranty has given me peace of mind.
