The washer wasn't working after the previous repair but began working. Today Nicholas completed the repair. He was the only technician who previously took the washer apart to diagnose the problem. Other repairs done before Nicholas did not solve the problem. He is a true professional.

My service man Malcolm was great. My only issue is for the one part they charged me 136.02 . Come to find out they ordered the part from Amazon and the cost was only 16.99. Sears over charged me 113.03. It's ashame yall are taking advantage of folks that way.

My service technician was excellent. Found the source of my snow blower problem immediately. It was a gas flow problem. The service call was a little "pricey" but it was worth it.
