To give Malcolm a score of 1000 would not be enough, he is professional, concerned, caring and more than that he "knows his craft" if he does the repair you know it's done right. On this service call I have to say I was deeply upset with Sears Service center, I paid the fee for the maintenance service for my Laundry center for the year when Malcolm diagnosed the problem he put in for the parts that were needed and when I received them he needed 4 pieces for the job they sent 1, so he had to put in another order for the additional parts, the following week I received the parts, and to my disgust, when the prompt stopped displaying that the technician was on his way I called the center which stated I had received the parts, so therefore without contacting me they canceled my repair appointment, my husband and I are upset, they then proceeded to give me another appointment, the 27th of the July, my journey began the beginning of July, on the 27th, these "so called workers" at this subscription center then chose to inform me, not by email, which is how I was getting my info from them, but by text, which for some reason I proceeded to check, that the tech, was overbooked and therefore would not be here until the 30th, trust my anger and disgust was at 100, I called the Subscription center and I went completely "off", the anger simply exploded. But Malcolm was sympathetic and through his encouraging words and his friendly personality and his expert repair service and professionalism I have my laundry done, if any other problems arise with my machine, all I can say send Malcolm, because ",I want it done right and I want it done by someone who truly does put the "paying customer first" "Thanks Malcolm "
