Technician was excellent! Communication with Sears Home Services telephone representative VERY POOR! My building doesn't allow repairs before 9 am. This info IS NOT communicated to tech. Written certificate of insurance needed and telephone representative failed to communicate this also. Texts and email alerts telling me tech on the way arrived hour after tech left. VERY poor communication. Phone # to tech or company providing service should be given to customer. This is not the first time this has happened!

He did not stay long enough to answer my questions. 1. what the temperature be set for freezer & refrigerator. 2. Get the ice maker to work.

Refrigerator Door not closing properly. Courteous tech. Knowledgeable. Efficient. Actual labor time was only half hour. Feel pricing was on the high side. The door needed to be taken off and realigned to correct the door sagging.
