The tech was very nice and very efficient. He showed up as scheduled, listened to what the problem was, and identified the issue quickly. He did a 5 second tweak on the ac and it’s running like new.

He went over and above in several areas: he came after our scheduled time in order to service our machines; he checked an issue to determine if it involved one of the appliances.
