Nothing happen, he was suppose to order parts, confirm with 2-10 warranty set up appointment to come back. I haven’t heard from him

Tech did not properly repair the refrigerator stating that the new compressor that we waited for over a month for, was not needed. The refrigerator still does not cool. I am irate over this!!!

Poor customer service. Technician did not listen to the customer, pretty much told me what happened to the freezer without thoroughly investigating the freezer assuming the over freezing frost is human error which he is wrong. This freezer began frosting over hours after plugging it in and NO no-one left door open. It is a self-closing door. That's why we called because it was frosting over from the start. I am forced to use this company due to warranty. Would never use if I had a choice.

Such a frustrating experience. My Dryer was more to fix than purchasing a new one, no one would let me talk to a manager, I wasn't able to put the diagnostic fee towards a new machine. I lost $150 AND have to buy a new machine. Never again.
