Brian arrived and went right to work evaluating the dryer and the air flow through the ductwork. He said there was plenty of heat and the motor was working well. He checked inside the machine and found lots of dryer lint, dispite up cleaning the catcher basket regularly. He also gave some other suggestions to help the clothes dry better. Job well done!

Both technicians were great. My first technician diagnosed and ordered the part. My second technician Robert came in and got the job done. Kept me posted and in the loop as the process evolved… Sweet and simple grateful for that for sure. We have worked with your group before and like our last time it was professional and efficient. Should we or when we have the need again we will request Sears again through American Home Shield.
