The Sears Technician arrived on time noted and respected our house cleaning feet and not leaving any trash. Repaired the door and returned microwave to service. Perfect repair and would give the technician 5 Stars.

Technician gave advance notice of when he would be arriving. Although the issue wasn’t fixed on the first visit, the same technician came back within 2 work days and fixed the problem on the second visit. The technician was courteous and professional.
