My dryer could not be repaired. It would cost more to repair than to buy a new one. So I will be buying a new dryer.

He was very nice, but basically told me that he couldn't fix my washer. So I basically threw money away since you no longer have a store.

First off I waited all day yesterday for a technician to arrive between 8 am - 5 pm just to find out the appointment needed to be rescheduled because the system indicated the supplies were not available. However, the supplies arrived days earlier to my home. The appointment was scheduled for the very next day with the same 8 am - 5 pm window. I accepted the appointment because I need a working refrigerator. The technician arrived and completed the job within 2 hours. However, he did not clean up behind himself after repairing my refrigerator unit. The technician also tried charging $50 to clear dust from rear of unit that was being repaired. Not sure if the unit even works because I have to wait 24 hours to see if a bottle of water is going to freeze. The technician told me if the water doesn’t freeze call my insurance company to schedule another appointment. It better freeze because I can’t keep wasting an entire day with Sears all day appointments.

Such a frustrating experience. My Dryer was more to fix than purchasing a new one, no one would let me talk to a manager, I wasn't able to put the diagnostic fee towards a new machine. I lost $150 AND have to buy a new machine. Never again.
