First off I waited all day yesterday for a technician to arrive between 8 am - 5 pm just to find out the appointment needed to be rescheduled because the system indicated the supplies were not available. However, the supplies arrived days earlier to my home. The appointment was scheduled for the very next day with the same 8 am - 5 pm window. I accepted the appointment because I need a working refrigerator. The technician arrived and completed the job within 2 hours. However, he did not clean up behind himself after repairing my refrigerator unit. The technician also tried charging $50 to clear dust from rear of unit that was being repaired. Not sure if the unit even works because I have to wait 24 hours to see if a bottle of water is going to freeze. The technician told me if the water doesn’t freeze call my insurance company to schedule another appointment. It better freeze because I can’t keep wasting an entire day with Sears all day appointments.

The repairman was fine, but the experience was awful! I let the company know what was wrong with my refrigerator before they came the first time and the repairman didn't bring the part. Then when we were rescheduled the repair company cancelled at 1 pm the day they were supposed to come. The refrigerator was finally repaired on the third scheduled repair and it only took 10 minutes to repair. We had to wait at home 3 full days (because of your repair window of 8 to 5) for a simple repair. I feel I should be compensated for my wasted time!

The technician was miserable and just short with questions I was asking like he didn’t want to be here . Would never recommend this person to anyone and as well I never got a call or text stating he was on his way online it showed a much later time then when he came . Also he came on the 4/29 10 mins diagnosed and didn’t come back till 5/4 stating they didn’t have the part when the part was sent by Amazon on 4/30 to my address (I had it) The worst experience never again !

Extremely rude and pushy service provider. Charged a service fee to diagnose and when we went to ok work 30 min later had to put in a second service call which I would have been charged for except I complained about having to pay again just to ok the work. When you call you can only talk to ai, no real people (ai even said this). All ai can do is schedule an initial service appointment, not schedule repairs or answer questions. Ended up just ordering a new fridge because the experience was so frustrating.
