The technician was great. He’s been to my house for service several times. The problem is scheduling an appointment only to wait most of the day and then get notified the appointment is cancelled. It’s driven by an Assistant. You can’t talk to a human. They need to fix this

The Sears Technician arrived on time noted and respected our house cleaning feet and not leaving any trash. Repaired the door and returned microwave to service. Perfect repair and would give the technician 5 Stars.
