Tom was great when he came out to see what the problem was with my oven and was able to schedule the repair and then they were able to move the repair up and my oven is back in working order. Very knowledgable and nice

The team were efficient on time. Do what had to be done and finally fixed the problem highly recommend Robert and his teammate for the work they completed in short time, keep up the good work men in spite of the idiots working in some of the locations in the dispatch area. And your IA machine should be scrapped. It informed me that my part wasn't here even though I physically had it in my hands and told a dispatch person that I had it but he informed me that he was overruled by the machine. I guess the machine runs the company, not like the old day with Sears. Keep it up and you'll all be unemployed.
