While I’m disappointed that the warranty that I paid for didn’t cover the work, the repair person was pleasant and knowledgeable. No work was performed, so I was unpleasantly surprised that the warranty company charged me $69 to tell me that they wouldn’t perform the work.

My sears repair man seemed very knowledgeable and very friendly. He was easy to talk to and explain things in simple terms to me. However, I am not happy with my Kenmore refrigerator because it’s the second time this problem has occurred in less than a year. They just don’t make them like they used to
