Very friendly and easy to work with. Was able to identify the problem right away. Clearly explained how we would deal with it. That included a clear explanation of how we would attempt to obtain parts and get them installed.

The tech arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He provided tips on annual maintenance to avoid the situation in the future. Additionally, I didn’t mention any pricing because I don’t have the Sears Warranty, I have a different warranty company and the charges were already part of my contract. Thanks, PSA
