My technician was fine with the communication from Sears to me. As a customer was crap and having a 8 AM to 5 PM window is unacceptable. They need to have a 4 hour window. Some people do have things they have to do not set it home and wait the whole time and then the person that is coming to fix. Your issue is late as well. Because you, as a company gave him the work order at the last moment.Not happy about your service at all sears

Kevin was actually good . I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of communication with the tracker saying he would be here by 10am and he did not show up until 2:30! I called and talked to customer service at 11:30 and was told he would contact me with an update but I heard nothing. So disrespectful and rude to me as a customer! Iām amazed our warranty company would contract through Sears considering their disrespect of their customer. I will certainly pass on my experience with this lack of good customer service.
