Over 2 months b4 they actually came no call till 5 min b4 showing up. Then had an accent so thick hard to understand. Service call.

Kevin was actually good . I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of communication with the tracker saying he would be here by 10am and he did not show up until 2:30! I called and talked to customer service at 11:30 and was told he would contact me with an update but I heard nothing. So disrespectful and rude to me as a customer! I’m amazed our warranty company would contract through Sears considering their disrespect of their customer. I will certainly pass on my experience with this lack of good customer service.

It has been a week already without a fridge. Two different contractors have come. And we are still waiting for the fridge to be fixed. Why is this taking so long when the first contractor told you what the problem was day one. Now we are hearing through an email it could be another week before it is fixed. Certainly not getting our money’s worth after paying for all of these years.

Repair guy was great but it took over a month to get the parts which is unacceptable. I found them online from a dozen sites but Sears just couldn’t get them. Do better.

Our microwave stopped working. Sears came out on 5/21, diagnosed the problem & ordered a part. We received the part at our home on 5/23. We noticed Sears that the part was received. Our appointment to finish the repair was 5/27, they never contacted us or showed up for the appointment. No matter how you contact them it’s all AI, never a person. They rescheduled our appointment for 6/4 with no explanation. I called the 800# given in their response, it’s just another AI call center that doesn’t give you any information & can’t answer any questions. Plus their location is a vacant lot, nothing there. And their AI service center says the part hasn’t been received. It was delivered to our home last week. If it were possible to give them 0 stars I would. BUT, Kevin, the service technician is very knowledgeable and a very nice person.

I have waited over a month and a half for them to fix my dishwasher. They came diagnosed the issue then contacted our warranty company to get approval to fix the repairs. Sears has set up 4 appointments to get it done and then they tell you to be available from 8am-5pm. NINE hours. We have been here each time and NOONE COMES and they don't communicate with you. Then 3 hours later says they need to reschedule for another time. This is such terrible customer service. Like others said in other reviews, you speak to NO live person. It's all Ai...even when they say to call a certain number. You still get no one. Beyond frustrated here!!!

Worst experience with a repair company I've ever experienced. You can't reach a real person at all. Everything is AI - EVERYTHING. They came out the first time, needed to order parts, and scheduled a follow up appointment. They sent me a text offering a sooner time, but it wouldn't let me reschedule. Then, they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to be there. I tried calling, and it just sent me in one big circle without talking to anyone. I finally called my warranty company that set this repair up and told them to cancel it. They weren't even able to contact anyone to confirm, so they cancelled it for me. Even after cancelling, and having another company come out and finish the repairs, they STILL showed up and got mad at me because I had someone else do the repair. Do NOT use Sears Appliance Repair!

I got rescheduled 3xs and they dont even have an actual person to talk to everything is ai. I will never do business with them. This is the most frustrating situation. I have wasted so much time i am completely over it!

Jeff the tech did a fantastic job, he was very personable and professional. Your Scheduler, on the other hand, cancelled 9 times in 2 months on us. Be aware consumer, even if you have a verified appointment with Sears, it means nothing. I lost 9 days of work waiting for them and generally got cancelled on in the middle of the afternoon on the day of the appointment.
