Do not trust their repair team they will tell you one thing then charge you another. You will never get a refund or assistance on the phone you will be told that they do not honor warranties upon arrival for the repair

Fraudulent service call that was canceled multiple times with FAHW. Falsely signed receipt for service call. Not my initials. Never came to house never saw microwave. I have filled complaint with FAHW

He was a day late without parts to complete repair. The parts were still in route per FedEx. May be the fault of his scheduler but refused to contact his supervisor when I requested it. Told me I had to wait another 2 weeks for another appointment. Very unapologetic or helpful. Would give a zero if possible.

My "customer service" experience mirrors Jeremy Sterling's review from a few weeks ago. The communication for the diagnosis appointment was good. We received multiple text confirmations and they showed up on time. The tech collected our money for parts and a follow-up service appointment was made for April 8. We have not heard from them since. When I called to ask about the missed appointment, I was told the parts weren't in so the service call wasn't dispatched. We received no texts or emails to let us know that there would be no appointment or to let us know that we were waiting on parts. The service rep apologized for the inconvenience but offered no explanation. The two parts that have been shipped were shipped directly to our house. They don't tell you that either. I don't need a pile of parts being shipped to my house for me to keep track of for months. I have called 3 times and no one can provide me with an answer as to when we will receive the parts. Does it take more than 4 weeks for Sears to ship parts for a water softener?!? Apparently so. I have been put on indefinite hold twice when asked for more information or to speak with a supervisor. It's beyond frustrating! I'm currently awaiting a call from a supervisor to provide me with "more information." I can't wait for the call that will probably never come, and if it does, to see what additional information will be provided that couldn't be provided in my first three calls. Don't waste your time with Sears.

Customer service is a joke. The appointment scheduled while waiting on part is just a placeholder, and they don't tell you that you will have to call at a later time to schedule an actual appointment. Calling Customer service number gets you rude treatment, constantly cutting you off and talking over you, and telling you there is nothing that can be done except schedule another appointment a week and a half later. Don't expect the technician to be able to answer any questions during service as the only response you will get is "I don't know." After leaving bad review the scheduled appointment for a week and half later is being considered only a temporary appointment and has been rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Two months to fix a dryer seems ridiculous, especially since I will have had the part for over a month by the time they have been rescheduled to show up. If this appointment isn't switched to temporary again.

NO STARS!!!! Appointments are from 8am-5pm and sometimes they send you an "updated" time frame late in the morning and then keep pushing it UNTIL they reschedule the date... 5 times they have rescheduled. FIVE TIMES since mid August... and my oven is STILL NOT REPAIRED. Your only contact is a computer and it's not very bright!!!!!
