Ice maker follow up
He came in and check out my problem again, this was fixed back in October and it still was not working. We talked over what was going on and ordered parts and set up and appointment to get it taken care of. He was a very nice person. I hope this takes care of the problems.

Kevin was great. He knew his stuff, fixed my dishwasher in a timely manner, and he he cleaned up after. Kevin is an asset to your company. Too bad your customer service leading up to Kevin was terrible. Additionally, never in my life have I had a repair company give me an 8am-5pm window for repair time. Plus, it takes 20 minutes of pressing buttons on the phone to speak to a human being. Kevin was great, he even followed up with me after he left since I had a question. But everything else about your company stinks!
