Amazing!
I recently had my dishwasher serviced by Kevin, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He efficiently addressed the issues that had been lingering for four months, which had originally been mishandled by a previous technician who tried to replace unnecessary parts. Kevin ensured everything was working perfectly and even took the extra step to pick up the necessary hoses for the dishwasher. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time truly stood out. I highly recommend Kevin for any appliance repair needs

Very polite answered questions as my ice maker decides when it wants to work. He showed how to cycle it and clear possible ice jam without damaging machine. Installed a new fan to help it make ice faster.

Service performed by Kossivi was excellent. Replacement parts were pre shipped so they only needed to be verified and installed. He notified us shortly before arrival and had the repair completed is just a few minutes
