He was clueless. I showed him a complete service record of the fridge. I have e had 12 people here in the past 7 years. Numerous pars have been replaced and the problem has never been fixed. He didn't even look at the sheet. He spent over 20 minutes reading documents on his phone. Then told me two parts needed to be replaced, both parts have already been replaced and it will not fix the problem. From my documentation I asked if he could deem the fridge unrepairable. He said no, all he can do is replace parts. I felt like I was talking to a robot that could not understand me and he was also hard to understand. I was mot happy with the service. There is no reason to replace the same parts but he would not listen.

I explained in the claim process that my oven door glass was cracked..he shows up..now has to order the part..I have to wait another week..he took payment which should not be cashed until repairs are completed

Dishwasher repair was horrible!

Gary was out on 8/1 and determined it was the pump. Dalton was out 8/10 to replace pump. Left halfway thru to run to town to get a part or tool for over an hour. When he left I couldn't open the door. The bottom panel was on wrong catching the door. It wasn't centered in the opening and the insulation was not put in and stuffed in randomly and the dishwasher wasn't fitting right in the cupboard. I never ran the dishwasher he tested it briefly then drained it and left. 3 hours after he left the dishwasher started alarming and wouldn't shut off. 8/1 there was no leak and 8/10 when dalton started working on it no leak. But with the way the dishwasher was shoved into the opening crooked and uneven the a couple hours later there was a leak. I am very disappointed that this happened when your company was servicing my appliance and then to send me a bill for it when I haven't been able to use said appliance for 4 weeks. You guys don't stand behind your work and apparently when such poor service and quality of work is done it is up to the customer to fix and correct what was potentially broken due to poor service and positioning of the appliance by repair man. 8/16 I was told there was a leak and I would have to pay to fix when this leak showed up after his work on 8/10 and I hadn't even tried to open or use the dishwasher yet. Clearly the water pipe was damaged during service on 8/10
