1st of all let me stress that I am not upset with the repair man but with the situation that is my broken refrigerator. The ice maker doesn't work, the freezer doesn't work it leaks water the size of a lake at the bottom within days & im pretty sure none of the buttons on the front except for water actually works. It has been months now & our fridge is now worse off than it was in the beginning. Not kossivi fault but seems like you guys cannot get the part & we are paying for you to keep coming out to fix Nothing! This is terrible way to do people. Either fix my fridge or replace it bc it's been months now!

Tech did ok however did leave trash for me to dispose of….. Getting service scheduled was very frustrating …long delays and multiple date changes for service by the company . Tech seemed to have no control over scheduling …. Difficult to set a whole day aside with no idea of when they tech will show up. Please try to improve scheduling and leave customer a number one can call and a person to speak with so questions or concerns can be answered !

Kossivi was very honest about all that he shared, but after waiting 2 weeks since his last visit to repair parts that arrive 1 1/2 weeks ago, he told us that we needed to wait 72 hours before putting food in to assure freon wasn't needed. You need an additional service representativr to assure that service is more prompt and reliable, rather than waiting so long for repairs.

My appointment was rescheduled without contacting me and I had to re-arrange my schedule to accommodate the change. Then the technician was late and I had to wait an extra couple of hours. The technician fixed the issue but the payment process was really cumbersome.

Our time slot was 8am-5pm. We waited all day to hear when the tech would be heading our way. We called the Sears automated line several times to try to reach a human to talk to in order to get a better timeframe to be home. No one called all day! Finally at 5:30 the tech calls and said he could be to our house by 6pm. I expressed my frustration. He said he was stuck on another job and was delayed. There is no reason that he couldn't have taken a few minutes to call all of his later appts to let them know he would be significantly delayed. Poor customer service. The fact that customers are not able to speak with anyone when they call the phone number provided by Sears is extremely inconvenient also.

Refrigerator repair
The ice maker still does not work! He did not stay long enough to see if it was working. There was a switch that needed installed and he missed doing that and now I need to have another service person come and fix it again!

Impressive/ disappointing
While your servicemen were punctual, polite, and impressive, I was not happy with the amount of time it took to send serviceman! Initial request was in August 1st Repairman came August 28 he had to order a port, which came within a week. Next service appointment scheduled September 15 Repairman could not come another Repairman scheduled for September 28.!!! it seems to me that there should've been someone available between the 15th and the 28th. I do know if it took me that long to make a payment it would not be acceptable.

GE Mojogram repair
Your technician straight up lied to me. After several iterations of his lie, I asked home to leave. I expect a refund on the service that was conducted on Wednesday. I will pay you for what I can get the investor part for which was alittle over $200.

Refrigerator repair
Replaced a part, but we found out later in the day that the refrigerator is still leaking. We have to wait 9 days before they will return to address the problem!
