Refrigerator Service
I'm generally satisfied with the service although at this moment I still don't know if the appliance has been completely repaired. Kossivi advised me to wait 72 hours before trying to utilize my refrigerator. The lag time between the initial visit and the repair visit is far too long. I realize the reason for that delay is the shipment of repair parts. Kossivi is a great representative for the company...professional, friendly, and efficient.

I would rate my Sears maintenance contract a one star. It took two full weeks to get the first appointment to even have my machine looked at, then another two weeks to get the part! That is absolutely not acceptable, and extremely frustrating.
