It took nearly three months for a technician to take care of a new fridge under warranty—and it was unfortunate an entire day of work needed to be taken off because the fridge estimated time window was 8-5pm. The updates were also very inaccurate. A mess was also left behind. The tech did an adequate job fixing the ice maker but the overall experience was not positive for us.

Please note: my technician was not the problem. I stated when I scheduled, that the flapper on my ice maker needed replaced and the tech literally charged me for telling me that. IF I would’ve allowed them to order it and replace it it was going to cost almost $600!!!! What a joke. So I paid $138.03 for a tech to come tell me what I already knew and had told them prior. So dumb. We’ll buy a new fridge, NOT through Sears. Thanks anyways.

We still have the same problem that we had before the serviceman came and he blundered around and broke a piece. Don't ever send that guy here again, it still needs repair.
