the technician was great, I have no complaints with him. But when I scheduled this appt. I said I could not be there until after 3. he came shortly after 11:00 so I had to change all my commitments, he did say he would try to rearrange his schedule which would have taken him miles out of his way. This is your scheduler's fault.
