Dalton was very courteous and did a good job The only problem I had was with the whole process of getting my repair taken care of. I filed this claim on September 11 and it took four cancelled appointments to finally get it fixed. There is no way to communicate with a real person and very frustrating when you can't get an explanation of why it's taking so long to get the repair done. I would suggest having a real person answer your phone!!
