Was assigned them by my home warranty company. The wait from service call to actual appointment was rather long, however, I really appreciated the seamless UI; inputing my dryers information prior to the appt, and attempts to diagnose the problem leading up to the appt via text. The general consensus was the belt had gone bad, a replacement belt was shipped to my home before the appt, the technician arrived promptly and with ample warning. Popped my dryer open had a new belt on and dryer operational within a matter of minutes.
