Technicians are lazy and do not want to put the work in to repair the fridge. One told me he didn’t want to spend two hours to replace the water line and to make another claim. Another tech told me the ice maker will freeze over when too full and wouldn’t fix the problem. Still don’t have water after three months.

Awful. Guy did not give me a copy of the estimate. Took forever to find model number. Was late by far. Terrible
