The rating isn’t for the repairman. The rating is for that it took three different appointments to get our washer fixed. I needed to leave work three different times. We made three different trips to the laundromat, because our 14 month old washer stopped spinning.

This technician shouldn’t even be employed there he has no clue what he’s doing this is his third time at my house and he tried taking off door on my dryer but broke it so my dryer hasn’t been fixed but says it’s fixed not even put a part in .

Where do I start they sent the parts to the wrong address. Put my information in wrong. Charged for 2 parts when I only needed one. When the parts were sent to the wrong address I had to wait around a month to get a new tech to come install the igniter which is all we needed. Waited 2 months for the completion of a job that took 20 minutes for the technician to complete. Next time just order the part off the Internet and do it myself. Lesson learned. Your call center is a joke as well. And Dale was highly unprofessional. And rude.would give no stars if it was an option.
