The scheduling was a rigamarol and after getting a message that my service had to be rescheduled to the next day they just sent out the same technician two days in a row one day to service the dryer and the following to service the washer. The technician was not very friendly but hopefully did the appropriate maintenance only in two visits. No cost due to paying expensive warranty.

Bill was great, tried to accommodate us when there was a mix up w/Sears and their scheduling. Problem was fixed and he was professional and thorough. Sears, however, could do much better w/scheduling, offer something better than 8-5 and not so many reminders, I didn't see the "hit 1 to confirm" and they canceled my appointment, frustrating. Thankful for the warranty and Bill but step it up Sears.

He was on time. Called me 5 minutes before arriving at my home. Not much of a talking person. However did his job. Notwithstanding, testing to see if there was leak, I noticed the front door of the washer and dryer combo wasn’t closing properly. I called the service technician and left him a voicemail. He hasn’t gotten back to me. Currently, the leak stopped but the door that once close freely without putting much pressure to close it has to be done that way. I think while installing the gasket he might have not installed the door properly. Please call me when you read my message. Thank you!

Terrible company with a good employee. Two no call no shows with crappy AI that does nothing. No humans except the repairman. Went 35 days waiting for repair and had to take 3 days off of work for a repair that cost most then the original appliance plus I lost more myself in income waiting.

Extremely upset and will never use your service again!! A I rescheduled our appointment to have the part put in. Our part came before the scheduled appointment and we still had to reschedule. Waited an extra week for our fridge with the part sitting on top waiting to be put in. Again not happy. This was not the technician's fault.
