We’d definitely give William a 10. He repaired the oven in the most timely way. We’d already had one repair man who did not get it repaired and another who wouldn’t/couldn’t. They were not Sears employees. We went 2.5 months without an oven. William was like a Christmas miracle for a family of 7 who need to be able to bake! Thank you, William!
