William again performed the Samsung ice-maker repair quickly and professionally. With no fault of his, the original (and current) design of this device is badly flawed and I'm sure we'll be seeing William again...and again... and again, in the future. Regrettably the fridge manufacturer seems to have no desire to engineer a proper fix for this device. Not a laudable feature of the Samsung company.
