On the first visit, Evan immediately knew what the problem was. After introductions and inspection, he completed everything in less than a half hour. We had to delay his second visit because of the parts delay. On the second visit, It took Evan about a half hour to pull out the dishwasher and put on the new parts and make sure it was working correctly. This young man is professional, friendly and seems to know what he is doing. Thank you. The Gwyns
