Disappointed!

I received text messages all day that the technician was on his way. Was never allowed to talk to anyone in customer service, and no one ever tried to reach out to me. They said to go to their website to contact them. No response. The next time they said the same thing. This time they didn't recognize my log in, which is the exact log in I used previously. No one showed, or called back. The tech finally called and said he had one more call to make, and then be on his way. NO SHOW! NO CALL BACK! I caught the same technician the next day unfortunately. He had lied to me yesterday, and I caught him in several lies this time too. After all was said, and done, I could have bought a new washer for a lot less. I take that one star rating back. Zeros for Sears service!

Not satisfied can't reach a human

The tech was nice. I thought he had fixed my microwave. But 45 minutes after he left I attempted to use the microwave and it again tripped my breaker switch. I attempted 5 time to get a person through customer service but each time the phone disconnected. What does it take to get a human on the line. I waited 5 days to have my microwave fixed. A technician so call fixed it but it's still not working. Signed disappointed.

Tech wanted to double bill for service fees When original repair did not repair issue within 30 days. The issue is still bad and technician left after I waited all day, without repairing my refrigerator

Appliance was not on their list

This one star rating goes to the company, not to the technician as he was a very nice man. I had provided Sears the name brand of the appliance, the model number, and the serial number along with the error codes. When the technician arrived, he was not relayed any of that information and found that Sears does not work on the Equator brand. Big waste of time and money for everyone.

Within a few minutes the technician said he would not service the refrigerator because he could not read the label/tag even though I had all the original books and papers from this refrigerator laid out on the counter. It seemed that he was not interested in servicing it since it is a 27 year old appliance. Since his visit, it has been serviced and fixed by another company. We will never use Sears again and will discourage our friends and neighbors from using them too.

Technician was the only bright spot of this experience

Gabriel was great, however, I will never trust Sears again with any home repair. One part, of the 4 ordered never arrived. Had to order the part myself from an outside vendor to finally get the repair completed. Due to Sears failure to stay in communication, I was without a refrigerator for almost a month. I called Sears to try and find out why part had not shipped and the person on the 1-800 number was no help and advised they would escalate the situation and I would receive a call within 72 hours. That was on 6/27 it is now 7/8 and still have not been contacted. As stated before Gabriel did a great job, but Sears failed miserably.
