William was a pleasure to work with. He explained what the problem was, what it would take to fix it, what the cost would be, and since we needed parts, he ordered the parts and had them sent to our house. He came back today and finished the dryer repair quickly. I appreciate having the same person come back to finish the job, especially when he/she is as nice and personable as William. Communication was great. I knew when to expect him. The texts reminding me of the repair appointment, from sears, were greatly appreciated.
