What a patient, knowledgeeable, and respectful young man. He explained the issues I was facing with my refrigerator and what options I had with regard to what needed to be done immediately and what could be delayed until I could research potential replacements. If this is the caliber of employees Sears has, I wouldn't hesitate to use Sears Home Services in the future.
