My service required 2 visits due to parts being ordered. First Tyler arrived and determined that the spray arm was not operating properly and needed to be replaced. Parts arrived. Then Jimmy arrived and installed the parts. No more leak from the door. Very good service on both visits. Thank you

He was good. BUT YOU NEED TO GET CONTROL OF YOUR BOTS. THE CONSTANT TEXT MESSAGES VOICEMAILS AND EMAILS WERE A MAJOR ANNOYANCE. NO FEWER THAN 25 NOTIFICATIONS, mostly all repeats. Even though I responded to texts, the same message would come three or four times per day, interrupting my work. It was such a frustrating annoyance that I probably would never use your company for a repair again.

Kyle was very professional once he got here. Only complaint I have is my appointment was from 8 to 12. Which is a long time frame to begin with. But narrowed it from 9:30 to 11:30 which was good. I don't think he came till close to 1:00.
