Thomas was very kind , knowledgeable and professional. Awesome personality and straightforward. I would hire him to work for our company if I could . Definitely the right person to cross train someone. We are delighted with the service we were provided . The only downside and this no reflection on Thomas is the time slots given by AE . It's not conducive for working adults to take off the entire day . The window 8 to 5 is a hard punch in today's economy. Regardless we are pleased and would use this company hands down .

Ben was wonderful. He gave me a courtesy call in the morning to give me a more narrow time slot than the normal 8-5. He gave another courtesy call when he was 20 minutes out. Ben talked me through all of the repairs he did to my machine, explained how the issue came about and how he was able to remedy. Ben was respectful, courteous, and friendly the whole time we were together. Thanks again Ben.
