Rob was very pleasant to do business with. He took his time diagnosing the problem and showing my husband and I what the problem was, after I told him how the washing machine was preforming for me. Not agitating at all in the cycle. Now it works perfectly after Rob made a replacement of the item that was worn out and not preforming right.

Ben was fantastic! Our dishwasher would not run! The last tech claimed the unit was not getting power, but our electrician confirmed full power to the unit. Ben's extensive knowledge led him to resolve the problem as a clogged filter that shut the unit down. He is always pleasant and positive!
