The technician was very good however he was not allowed to actually correct the problem. He advised what needed to be done and we must correct the problem. The reason for reporting the problem was to get it fixed not be told what we needed to do to fix it

Gabriel worked hard trying to get the washer to spin. It wouldn't. He said it would need a new part. I asked how much it would cost? He said over $300. We said don't fix the machine.
