Gabriel was on time and successfully repaired our appliance. He was professional and courteous We also had Tyler on the first visit and he was very helpful and even though he could not repair it on site (parts ordered), he was also very professional and helpful.

Gabriel was honest and realistic acknowledging my frustrations with an inferior Whirlpool product that no longer affords for easy access to the drain filter, despite previous year models having a drawer to access. Thanks to his skinny arms!! he was able to access it through the rubber door gasket and problem solved. I will be getting a washer that has easy access to the drain filter soon
