The technician was professional and explained what he was doing. But after he took my dryer apart and replaced the part ,the next day when I was drying my clothes my dryer started making a loud knocking noise like the drum inside was hitting the side of the dryer. I called company back and explained what was going on, I was told that if I wanted a technician to come out to take a look at my dryer i would have to pay another service call fee. I have the monthly service plan which I pay $59.00 a month for. I don't see why I have to pay for another diagnostic fee when my dryer was not making this noise before he took it apart

The first two appointments were not show and the time frame is very long 8 to 5 smaller frames will be better, the came they diagnosed the problem then two weeks later they put the new parts now we are hoping for the best

This service call,was not impressive. The first tech ordered the wrong part. The second tech ordered the right part. Then it was lost in shipping and had to be reordered. A new date was set for Nov. 11th. But nobody showed up. Then another date was set up on the 18th. Finally after 4 weeks the repairs were completed. It should not have taken this long.

After waiting almost three months to receive repairs for a refrigerator from home warranty service. Tyler was on time for the date of my service. Well mannered and professional and well trained. Tyler is very respectful. I would not recommend Sears Home Protection Plan.

My technician was good. My experience with the company was awful. I had 3 appointments scheduled before anyone actually showed up to repair my washer. The first 2 appointments were scheduled and no one showed up or contacted me to tell me they weren’t coming. When trying to call customer service I only ever got an automated system, not an actual person.

Tech did not call or send a msg to let me know his arrival... just showed up. He also did not remove his trash when he finished. He did not give me the chance to check his work before leaving... just said bye and walked out. I would not recommend this tech to anyone. Definitely not a quality repairman!!!
