The first two appointments were not show and the time frame is very long 8 to 5 smaller frames will be better, the came they diagnosed the problem then two weeks later they put the new parts now we are hoping for the best

After waiting almost three months to receive repairs for a refrigerator from home warranty service. Tyler was on time for the date of my service. Well mannered and professional and well trained. Tyler is very respectful. I would not recommend Sears Home Protection Plan.

I made an appointment to get my dryer fixed but the paperwork said dishwasher. I called to point out the error and to make sure that they would still be able to fix my issue and they assured me that they would. However, when the technician got here, he told me that he wouldn't be able to do anything for me today.

Technician bent the faceplate and left it, had a second technician come out and order the new plate. Technician who came out originally came back today and couldn’t get the bottom plate on the dryer so it looks Jerry rigged. Not happy!!!!!

Honestly one of the worst company’s to work for lying and constantly changing the schedule that’s 90% of the no show customer complaints is that. Along with that they’ll charge you for the oem part then order the cheapo amazon one, then expect the technician to talk the customer off of the ledge. Wouldn’t recommend please seek another company.

My air went out. This is who my home warranty company went with. I was happy till the technician said that my air filter was a little dirty If I wanted him to change it, I said sure let me help you right fast. I’ll put it in and he told me I had it upside down. I’ve been putting in filters my whole life and there’s an arrow for airflow on the filter that tells you specifically which way the airflows He proceeds to say was your house you can put in how you want to which then makes me think do I know how to put in the air filter. So then I proceed to google how to put an air filter in and I was right, so how am I supposed to feel comfortable with the guy working on my AC unit that doesn’t know how to put a air filter in properly needless to say he told me in my home warranty that the unit cannot be fixed. Definitely will never let anyone from this company in my home again I will pay out of pocket before they come,
