I made an appointment to get my dryer fixed but the paperwork said dishwasher. I called to point out the error and to make sure that they would still be able to fix my issue and they assured me that they would. However, when the technician got here, he told me that he wouldn't be able to do anything for me today.

Technician bent the faceplate and left it, had a second technician come out and order the new plate. Technician who came out originally came back today and couldn’t get the bottom plate on the dryer so it looks Jerry rigged. Not happy!!!!!

My air went out. This is who my home warranty company went with. I was happy till the technician said that my air filter was a little dirty If I wanted him to change it, I said sure let me help you right fast. I’ll put it in and he told me I had it upside down. I’ve been putting in filters my whole life and there’s an arrow for airflow on the filter that tells you specifically which way the airflows He proceeds to say was your house you can put in how you want to which then makes me think do I know how to put in the air filter. So then I proceed to google how to put an air filter in and I was right, so how am I supposed to feel comfortable with the guy working on my AC unit that doesn’t know how to put a air filter in properly needless to say he told me in my home warranty that the unit cannot be fixed. Definitely will never let anyone from this company in my home again I will pay out of pocket before they come,

No one ever showed up. This makes the third day I have rearrange my schedule to be home all day. I’ve waited for a technician the other two days they rescheduled me right before 5 . Today it says that the technician is at my house right now. It said that since 5 o’clock no one showed up. We’ve been home all day. I’m calling the Home Warranty Company now. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with Sears. I will be asking my home warranty in the future to not ever book me with Sears again😡

My parents made a appointment and they said they would be out between 8am-12pm on Thursday. They never showed up. They then said they would be out today between 8-5 and then they canceled the appointment. Absolutely unbelievable, I can't believe the Sears brand has such terrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Where so I start. SEARS is the so called preferred vendor on contract to fix home repairs. My refrigerator has been broken since December 5 2024. Sears reached out to gather model ans serial number information and yet a technician arrived empty handed on January 6th with no parts to fix the issue. They rescheduled me for Jan 22nd no technician showed up. Scheduled me again Feb 6th, an unqualified technician showed up and cannot fix my refrigerator. Rescheduled me again for Feb 20 just to wait until Feb 19th to follow up on parts needed for a Feb 20th appointment. Parts order was canceled leaving me with another rescheduled appointment for March 3rd. Technician tracking showed they were to be at my home at 11 am this morning just to get an automated message at 5:30 pm that the technician came and customer was not home. Mind you my doorbell was never rang, ring camera picked up no activity. I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star, they don't even deserve that. Between their automated notification and automated text they are not worth a damn. Technology is for responsible vendors that cares about their customers not for vendors preventing a live conversation because they suck!!! SEARS IS THE WORST. LYING TECHNICIANS AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS.

Would not recommend Sears! Their AI automation system is a joke. Customer service is the worst. Techs have been out for same problem multiple times… still not fixed! GE washer is still not working! Service Contract is useless! Over 1 month without a washer! Can’t even give them a 1 star.
