My technician, Boris, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue quickly. The problem I had was with the communication from Sears Appliance Repair. I got conflicting information about time of service on the day before the service and even the day of. About 4 hours after Boris left, I even got another text from them saying I was still on the schedule and they were getting to me still today.

The technician was polite and did a fine job. The price I was given for the replacement part plus install was $450, almost the cost of the dishwasher. I found the part online for $55 and replaced myself (1 screw and 1 plug-in wire). Pay for the diagnostic and do the repair work yourself if you don’t want to be overcharged.

The parts were late and when the tech did not show they never let me know and then charged extra50.00 to clean out the lent not happy at all all together I had to go without a dryer for

He did not look under our washing machine to find where it was leaking from. He simply ordered a new door seal and told us that it was fixed and did not stay and run it to make sure that it was not leaking. We ran it and ruined our floors. I rescheduled another service call. They did not show up. I rescheduled again and again today they cancelled on me. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and am requesting my $100 deductive back. However, nobody will return my deductible or even come look at my washer.

Do not use!!! Go for a local repair place. This is an "AI" only customer service that is absolutely useless. Arrival window of 8-5 and it is now 8PM and the technician did not show. I was charged over $500 for this repair which I am going to just dispute since they are not a reputable company. Support local repair shops. I will not make this mistake again. I would give zero stars if possible.
