Bonus is an honest and great technician. This is very uncommon now a days. Insurance companies dont like when the have to pay out. These appliances are not made to last.

Tim is great and very informative, even though microwave is not fixed yet due to all parts not being here he has been very patient and explained everything we needed to know would definitely recommend him for any appliances. Hopefully he is the one that is sent back out to finish project.
