No HVAC unit for nearly 3 weeks during 100° + temperatures. Technician was good. Choice Home Warranty is not.

This post is for Drew - Specifically Drew's performance - NOT Sears. Drew was excellent, a consummate professional. He was polite and very through in explaining what was going through the entire visit. VERY Appreciated. Sears, on the other hand - didn't even tell me he was coming until the DAY OF his visit... I am sure there will be excuses given, but there was no communication provided until the morning of his arrival. Luckily I was able to re-arrange my schedule to be home--Even though Sears give an EIGHT HOUR window. - Again, luckily, Drew was far more communicative and let me know his scheduled arrival time. Good Job Sears, for hiring well. Bad Job Sears, for being so uncoordinated.
